Duties/ Responsibilities ：

✔ Oversee the entire operations

✔ Coodinate with all department heads

✔ Deal effectively with guests

✔ Supervising Staff

✔ Planning and organize accommodation, catering, hotel and restaurant services

✔ Handling guests complaints and queries

✔ Ensure services are running smoothly

✔ Other duties and responsibilities will depends on the hotel management
